Work assignments

Geotechnical planning and design in all phases for various building projects
-
Natural hazard investigations and quick clay landslide assessments
-
Planning and follow-up of soil investigations
-
Preparation of soil investigation reports
-
Planning and interpretation of geotechnical laboratory investigations
-
Design for foundations for buildings, quays and other structures
-
Design of building excavation pits, support structures and sheet pile walls
-
Stability assessments
-
Design of offshore anchoring solutions (for example for floating offshore wind)
-
Foundations for offshore structures (jackets, subsea structures, GBS, etc.)

Numerical analyses
-
Contribute in producing tenders and contracts
Qualifications
-
Civil engineer/master/bachelor in geotechnics
-
Knowledge of engineering and modeling tools such as AutoCAD, Novapoint, GeoSuite, Plaxis, etc.

Good oral and written presentation skills, in Norwegian and English
